Valletta Ritson & Company was established by Frank Valletta and Stephen Ritson over thirty years ago to fulfill a niche for high-end, high service retained executive search in Upstate New York. Over the last three decades, the business has grown from that original regional focus to a nationwide practice serving a highly diversified client base.
Managing Partner
Hans Dalmolen became a Managing Partner of Valletta Ritson & Company in 2003; originally charged with leading the company’s operations and Business Development strategy. His process orientation and broad technical expertise have been critical to Valletta Ritson & Company’s adaptation of industry-leading platforms and expansion into new markets.
Since joining the firm, Hans has successfully led and completed well over a hundred retained search engagements in a variety of industries; spanning work for some of the most desirable high tech employers to elite institutions of Higher Education. Functionally, he has led engagements from General Management, Information Technology and Sales to Engineering, Product Management and Finance. He likes to say that (his) “niche” is an honest, predictable and transparent process—treating each assignment as distinct engagement as opposed to cycling (and recycling) through an industry or function until it is stale.

In addition to being the client contact for many of Valletta Ritson & Company’s key assignments, Hans manages day-to-day operations for the firm’s in-house research and recruiting teams, has served as the Practice Lead for all higher education related engagements of the firm and was responsible for establishing Valletta Ritson & Company’s Manhattan office in 2013.
Prior to joining Valletta Ritson & Company, Hans held key leadership positions within a consulting firm serving Fortune 1000 technology clients and a privately held software company.
Mr. Dalmolen is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and Southern Tier Association for Human Resources. He enjoys running, coaching his daughter’s girls ice hockey team and spending time with family.
Hans received a Bachelor of Arts in Politics, Philosophy and Law from Binghamton University
